大阪府堺市に建設し、2024年5月7日（火）より稼働を開始しております新・物流センター「UNISOL.Logistics.Center.OSAKA」が、まもなく運用から半年を迎えるにあたり、9月18日（水）業界紙の記者の皆様を対象とした見学会を実施しましたので、当日の様子をお知らせいたします。

MARUKA FURUSATO Corporation hereby announces that at the Board of Directors meeting held on September 17, 2024, it has resolved to establish a new company on January 6, 2025 by conducting a joint incorporation-type company split of the Company and its consolidated subsidiaries Furusato Industries, Ltd. , G-NET CORPORATION , Maruka Corporation , and the businesses related to the administrative divisions of the four companies to the new company will be succeeded to the new company.

MARUKA FURUSATO Corporation hereby announces that at the Board of Directors meeting held today, it has resolved to acquire, gratis, treasury shares of the Company and cancel those treasury shares.

本日開催の当取締役会において、2025年１月6日を期して、当社と当社の連結子会社であるフルサト工業株式会社、株式会社ジーネット、株式会社マルカとの共同新設分割により新会社を設立し、４社の管理本部に関する事業を承継することを決議しましたので、お知らせします。

本日開催の取締役会において、当社の自己株式を無償で取得し、当該自己株式を消却することを決議いたしましたのでお知らせいたします。
